Ïbiscus Restaurant is located 343 St-Paul east, across the street from the Marché Bonsecour.
Our staff welcomes you in a warm, elegant and friendly décor. In addition to an authentic
Haitian cuisine, Ibiscus is designed to occasionally host art exhibits and musical
performances. We also offer free parking to our clientele on weeknights,
weekends and Holidays.

Ibiscus offers an audacious cuisine, with a fusion of exoticism and finesse, where traditional
pices complement our meats and seafood dishes to satisfy the most demanding palates…
or even the most reluctant ones.

Try our goat in Creole sauces, seasoned in parsley and thyme, or our popular fried pork meat
we commonly call Griot. Fish and seafood lovers must try our delicately marinated Lambi,
also known as Conch shell, or our whole red snapper served in our home-style sauce. And for
those of you who want to play it safe, dabble yourself with no hesitation in our poultry
dishes, chicken or turkey, served in our chef’s sauce.

Our cellar offers a great selection of world wines and spirits. We also have an array of
cocktails, from classic martinis to exotic house specials, such as our signature “Secret
d’Ibiscus”, a gin based drink flavored with cinnamon and Hibiscus flower juice.

We are proud to serve national products like our Prestige beer, loose Hibiscus tea and
100% fresh ground Haitian coffee.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Our space is available for special events such as art exhibits and openings, literary and
musical events, birthdays, weddings, and other events of your choice. Our capacity ranges
from 66 sitting to 90 for more of a standing cocktail event. Do not hesitate to contact us
for bookings. We also provide the service of a DJ but your own will be welcome.
